Red Rocks Amphitheatre
The Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado is one of the city's most prominent attractions. It not only provides an amazing natural environment for concerts, its visitor center tells the story of Colorado's music history and the natural environments in the surrounding area. NTG assisted Red Rocks in analyzing visitor composition and needs, along with how redesign efforts could maximize the center's relevancy to visitors.
Indiana Dunes Tourism
As one of the newest national parks in the nation, Indiana Dunes Tourism teamed with the Indiana Dunes National Park to refine its visitor center in ways that deepened the engagement of visitors and expanded their understanding on this unique natural environment . Importantly, new design elements were also identified that told the broader experiences in the surrounding County, stimulating visitor center guests to extend their stay and explore the experiences "Beyond the Beach".
Colorado Tourism Office
As the entity that operated ten visitor centers around the state , it was critical they understood how the center's were influencing visitors, along with new ideas on how they could enhance their performance. Through a mix of new survey efforts and performance metric analysis, an enhanced understanding of these facilities was developed and new approaches to managing the centers were implemented.
