Mitch Nichols is President
of Nichols Tourism Group, Inc. (NTG) and leads the strategy, market
analysis and product development
activities of the firm. Mr. Nichols' expertise is focused on the
study of a destination’s underlying economic factors, the impacts
of changing market conditions and the resulting implications to product
and destination performance. He has assisted tourism-based clients
from Alaska to Florida to better understand their unique opportunities
and develop strategic options to effectively compete in the increasingly
competitive tourism marketplace.

Dr Daniel Fesenmaier
In addition to serving as a collaborative partner of NTG, Dr. Daniel
Fesenmaier is a Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
and Director of the National Laboratory for Tourism and eCommerce.
As Director, Dr. Fesenmaier is responsible for overseeing travel
and tourism research projects and providing consulting services to
national, state, regional and local tourism organizations. Beyond
his domestic U.S. projects, he has served as a consultant on tourism
projects in Australia, Canada, Ghana and South Korea.
Mr. David Radcliffe
David Radcliffe is president of The Radcliffe Company
(TRC) and an active collaborative partner with Nichols Tourism Group,
Inc. (NTG). Radcliffe formed TRC following a 26-year career in convention
and visitor bureau marketing and management. Radcliffe is recognized
throughout the industry as a convention and tourism expert who played
a key role in developing the Greater Phoenix area as a major international
destination. His peers chose him in 1997 to serve as the Chairman
of the International Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus,
the world’s leading convention and tourism trade association
representing destination marketing organizations from across the
globe.
