This mid-sized
Convention and Visitor Bureau located in the southwestern portions
of Arizona knew it had unique opportunities, but needed assistance
in crafting a strategy that could bring non-traditional tourism
partners together. NTG helped the destination develop a plan,
and the strategic rational, to integrate historic Fort Huachuca
as an important ally in the destination’s product mix.
As the oldest operating army fort in the nation, its history
ranged from interactions with Geronimo, to its important home
to the Buffalo Soldiers. The NTG strategy helped bring these
partners together in new ways and developed a plan to bring
these elements to much greater levels. |
