As one of the
nation’s largest privately funded zoos, The Phoenix Zoo
had developed a reputation as a quality attraction appreciated
by many of the metropolitan area’s residents. While successful,
it faced many of the same revenue challenges of similar animal
based organizations. NTG helped the Zoo think more broadly
in terms of its mission and the customer segments it could
potentially reach. Through a comprehensive new master plan,
the attraction is repositioning its offerings to maintain its
local appeal, while speaking to a broad range of the 12 million
visitors that come to the metropolitan area. |
