MONTANA'S HERITAGE COMMISSION
In an effort to maintain and enhance some of Montana’s most prized historical assets, the state’s Heritage Commission acquired the bulk of assets of two historic gold mining towns, Virginia City and Nevada City. The firm was retained to assist the Commission in determining how it could enhance the destination appeal of the historic assets and increase revenue generation to offset operational costs. Many of the firms recommendations were immediately implemented and revenue generation has grew significantly in following years.
