Sixth Street
has developed as a nationally recognized entertainment district,
with an identity as the “Live Music Capital.” While
successful, they knew they were not fully capitalizing on the
full potential of the district. NTG worked with district representatives
to better define who their “high value visitor” segments
were and how they could proactively recruit a broader tenant
mix to more deeply capitalize on the potential. This proactive
mindset was particularly important as Austin was significantly
expanding its adjoining convention center and new major additions
were evolving to their downtown hotel inventory. |
